Launched in 2024 with €2.7 million in EU funding under the CNECT/2023/9573146 initiative (“A European public sphere: a new online media offer for young Europeans Preparatory action”), Pulse Z puts diverse youth perspectives at the forefront. Backed by eight organizations from seven EU countries—including lead partner Junior Achievement Europe (Belgium), Matrix Internet (Ireland), CiaoPeople (Italy), YMCA Europe (Belgium), EURACTIV Poland (Poland), EURACTIV Romania (Romania), Europsky Dialog - European Dialogue (Slovakia), and European Youth Press (Germany)—this platform is building a vibrant, multilingual media community.

Pulse Z brings together eight organizations from seven countries, sparking a peer-powered, multilingual media movement. With hands-on training, expert mentorship, and live publishing opportunities, young journalists gain the skills to debunk misinformation, ignite dynamic debates, and reshape European media. And thanks to AI-powered translation tools, language barriers are a thing of the past—every voice gets a chance to shine.

Our user-first approach means every resource—from interactive Moodle courses to practical info guides—is designed to be engaging, practical, and totally accessible for young content creators like you. We’re constantly evolving through feedback from our Youth Advisory Council, focus groups, and usability tests, ensuring the platform stays fresh and on point. Our Moodle courses dive into journalism, content creation, and digital storytelling, teaching you essential skills like fact-checking, multimedia production, and ethical reporting through interactive lessons, video tutorials, and real-world assignments.
